Whether its integration of input/output devices onto Windows, mainframe or bespoke networks, implementation of software management or simply a pre-owned photocopier, our field-based direct technical support staff are able to respond to customer needs throughout the UK.

Correlated via the centralised Support Centre in Swindon, Wiltshire, every call is assessed by the help desk (a rotating pool of field based technical support staff), should a resolution not be achieved over the phone, or if preference is expressed, a local field technician is allocated together with a de-brief from the help desk operative.

If a product that is supplied and maintained by Inception fails to perform, then Inception will replace that product with a like for like replacement without additional charge to the customer. This is done at your request (terms apply, please ask for full details).
